PhD in Management Sciences – Specialist in Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Organizational Strategy
As Director of Innovation, Research & Compliance at Armtek, I led the company’s scientific strategy by ensuring the excellence, ethics, and robustness of its projects, particularly in complex environments involving artificial intelligence, system interoperability, and data governance. Today, drawing on my experience and scientific rigor, I continue my commitment by supporting organizations through their technological and sustainable transitions.
My professional journey lies at the intersection of three domains: academic research, higher education, and strategic leadership in business. My doctoral research focuses on the impact of digital transformation on SMEs and territorial ecosystems—a topic I have explored from the perspectives of strategy, innovation, and local development, resulting in several scientific publications and presentations at international conferences.
At the same time, I teach at several higher education institutions (IAE of Limoges, ENSPIMA, MBS, etc.), where I apply an active and interdisciplinary teaching approach in strategy, innovation management, information systems, and digital economy. My teaching aims to combine academic rigor with practical relevance while fostering student autonomy.
Committed, agile, and impact-driven, I apply my expertise to innovation projects, contributing to the development of more resilient, smarter, and more sustainable organizations.
