Dr. Klein is an internationally recognized academic leader and hospitality entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in higher education and global business. He earned his Ph.D. in International Business Management from the International School of Management in Paris and has also studied at the University of Oxford, Middlebury College, the University of Utah, and Southern Illinois University—establishing a truly global academic profile.
Throughout his career, Dr. Klein has held faculty and leadership roles at leading institutions including Hult International Business School London, Boston University, École des Ponts Business School Paris-Casablanca (affiliated with École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées), Grenoble Ecole de Management, Glion Hospitality Management School in Switzerland, as well as other universities in Greece and Tunisia. His areas of expertise include international business, organizational behaviour, leadership, and strategic human resource management. He has designed and delivered undergraduate, MBA, and executive-level programs across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
In parallel with his academic work, he is the founder and operator of two award-winning boutique hotels in France and Greece, bringing an entrepreneurial and practitioner-oriented perspective to his teaching and supervision. Nominated as Mentor of the Year at Hult International Business School, he is especially committed to guiding doctoral candidates in producing impactful and application-driven research. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, he brings a strong entrepreneurial and cross-cultural lens to his mentorship and is passionate about fostering intellectual curiosity, professional growth, and scholarly excellence in the next generation of business leaders.
