Prof. Dr. Michael Dylan Castle is a seasoned academic leader with over 20 years of international experience in higher education, accreditation, and university administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and advanced degrees in International Relations and Political Science. Having served as Provost, Campus President, and Dean at institutions in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, Dr. Castle brings a global perspective to online learning and academic excellence.
He is widely published in peer-reviewed journals (SCOPUS, SCI-E, eSCI) and is actively engaged in international quality assurance, serving as an evaluator for accreditation bodies such as NECHE, BAC, MFHEA and TEMOS. At the University, he teaches courses in business, marketing, management, leadership, and globalization, while mentoring graduate students and supporting curriculum development.
