Paris School of Management is pleased to share that its Dean, Dario Silić, PhD, participated as an opening speaker at the 4th European GREEN Conference (EGC 2026), held in Vodice, Croatia, from 26 to 29 May 2026.
The conference brought together a diverse community of researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and sustainability professionals from across Europe, creating a dynamic forum for dialogue on some of the most significant environmental and sustainability challenges facing society today.
Balancing Infrastructure Development and Environmental Protection
As part of the opening programme, Dean Dario Silić delivered a presentation titled “Sustainable Management and Environmental Protection on the Istrian Y Motorway.”
His presentation emphasized how modern transport infrastructure can successfully balance operational excellence, traffic safety, environmental protection, and long-term sustainability goals. The presentation also highlighted the need to balance mobility and infrastructure development with the protection of natural resources, biodiversity, and the overall quality of life in local communities.
