Paris School of Management (PSM) is proud to announce a remarkable achievement of its professor, Guillaume Antoine Rabhi, who together with Quentin Lacointa officially established La French Tech in Croatia, an important initiative for the innovation, startup, and technology community in Croatia.
La French Tech is one of the most effective startup diplomacy initiatives created by France to support entrepreneurship, innovation, and technological development. With more than 70 hubs worldwide, La French Tech has become a globally recognized network connecting founders, investors, technology leaders, and innovators who actively collaborate and support each other across international markets.
The French Tech Mission, attached to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, works to support the growth of French startups and scale-ups while connecting and strengthening the innovation ecosystem in France and internationally.
Professor Guillaume Antoine Rabhi, who teaches at PSM and is internationally recognized for his engagement in entrepreneurship, innovation, and international business development, played a leading role in organizing this important initiative and official launch event in Croatia.
Through his work at PSM, Professor Rabhi continuously contributes to connecting academia with the real business and startup environment, encouraging students and young entrepreneurs to think globally and develop innovative solutions for the future.
The official ceremony was attended by the Dean of PSM, Dario Silić, PhD, alongside representatives of some of the most influential technology companies, venture capital funds, and AI organizations in Croatia and Europe.

• Infobip – $10B unicorn and one of the leading global IT companies from Croatia
• Rimac Group – $2B+ hypercar maker and innovative technology company
• Marlink Cyber – global cybersecurity leader built on Croatian talent, including a talk by Nicolas Furge
• Leading AI companies including Velebit AI and EULEX.AI
• CRO STARTUP, CroAI (Croatian AI Association), and Unit Croatia
• Venture capital funds including AYMO Ventures, Feelsgood, and South Central Ventures
The launch of La French Tech in Croatia is an important step for strengthening cooperation between France and Croatia in technology, innovation, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship.
