This weekend, the PSM team gathered at the beautiful Japodski Otoci in Bihać for a team-building experience filled with learning, collaboration, and adventure.
Alongside time spent in nature, we had the opportunity to attend a presentation where our Dean, Dario Silić, PhD, shared the strategic direction and future development plans of the institution, while several colleagues also contributed with their own ideas, experiences, and perspectives. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on our goals, strengthen communication, and align on the vision we continue to build together.
The weekend also offered time to relax and connect outside of the workplace through various activities, including boat rides, cycling, and an unforgettable rafting experience on the Una River. Moments like these strengthen trust, encourage collaboration, and create stronger relationships within the team.
