Liam joined the International Bachelor Swiss-French Dual Degree to develop a stronger understanding of how businesses operate while benefiting from the flexibility of studying at his own pace. In this testimonial, he reflects on his experience so far, the importance of discipline, and what he hopes to gain as he continues his Bachelor’s studies.
Could you briefly introduce yourself and tell us where you are from?
My name is Liam Dawson, originally born in New Zealand, lived in Australia and completed my education there, and now currently residing in the south of France.
Why did you choose PSM and the International Bachelor Swiss-French Dual Degree program?
I chose PSM International Bachelor Swiss-French dual degree because of my interest and to further my knowledge about the ins and outs of a business, and because PSM offers incredible flexibility.
How would you describe your experience with the program so far?
My experience with the program has been tremendous. With the help from the staff and having my own pace with studying, it has been perfect.
What has been the most valuable part of the program for your personal or professional development?
The most valuable part of the program for me has been the personal gain, understanding more and more about businesses and businesses in the EU. I will uphold the knowledge I have been taught in the coming future for my professional career.
How do you stay motivated while studying at your own pace?
I stay motivated by having discipline; studying is a second nature to me, as much as you don’t want to study, it’s always best to study when you don’t.
What are you looking forward to most as you continue your Bachelor’s studies?
Just gaining more insight into business and allowing myself to think what I want in the near future.
What advice would you give to future students considering this program?
Advice I would give is, go for it. PSM offers a fantastic course for business, set your pace and stay consistent.
