Upon completion, you’ll earn a Swiss French Dual Degree DBA, receiving 120 ECTS credits and positioning yourself for success in today’s competitive landscape.
For the online learning system, we are using the platform used by Harvard and MIT.
Regarding doctoral thesis supervision, it is important to note that the DBA thesis supervisor typically reviews the scientific work prepared by the student, provides guidance, and ensures that quality standards are met.
The thesis supervisor is an individual with the academic qualifications and professional experience required in the chosen research field. They have in-depth knowledge of the subject area in which the student is conducting research.
The supervisor’s role is to guide the DBA student from the beginning of the research through to the oral presentation and final defense of the completed dissertation (DBA viva).
The total duration to complete the DBA program is two (2) academic years or less, depending on the student’s motivation and readiness to submit the thesis.
The DBA thesis track offers a rigorous online or blended learning and research plan in an international environment. All DBA students have the opportunity to attend on-campus seminars organized in Geneva or Paris.

– MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized higher education institution.
– A Master’s degree in management (or associated discipline) with a minimum of 2 years professional work experience.
– A Master’s degree in a field other than management (or related discipline) but with a minimum of 5 years professional work experience.

Applications to the doctoral program will be reviewed by members of the Doctorate Admissions Committee who will make recommendations and decisions (accept/reject) regarding offers of admission to the DBA program. Upon receipt of the documents, a formal interview with the DBA Academic Director may be scheduled with some candidates.
